Alliance Airlines Fokker F-70 jet VH-JFB was noted calling into Rockhampton Airport early on Friday 2 October operating a scheduled service in behalf of Virgin Australia Airlines.

VH-JFB operated as VOZ1231/1234 from and back to Brisbane.

Meanwhile, I've been advised that contrary to initial information that suggested aircraft serviceability issues was the cause of the lack of Virgin Australia Regional Airlines (VARA) ATR 72 flights into some Central Queensland Airports, further information has come to hand that suggests that the lack of ATR 72 flights might be caused by a lack of pilots.
