QLink B717-200 VH-YQW 'Tassie Devil' Special Livery at Hervey Bay Airport Sunday - Plus Machjet Citation Bizjet VH-SIY

Making a very welcome visit to Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport on Sunday 25 October was QantasLink (Cobham Aviation) Boeing B717-200 VH-YQW.  It was operating the scheduled once-a-week QJE1576/1577 service from and back to Sydney.

As seen above, VH-YQW wears very unique decals and is named 'The Tassie Devil'.  It is also one of five QantasLink B717 aircraft that has a 2-class configuration with 110 seats, along with Q-Streaming - Qantas' wireless entertainment system.

Meanwhile, during the afternoon on Sunday 25 October, Machjet (Machjet International) Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 bizjet VH-SIY was noted departing to the West.

Sadly, the exact movements of VH-SIY are not known.
