Careflight Queensland (Aeromed) LearJet 45 Bizjet VH-VVI "Ambulance 451" at Longreach Airport

Careflight Queensland (Aeromed) LearJet 45 bizjet VH-VVI "Ambulance 451" was spotted sitting on the Longreach Airport apron by the Qantas Founders Museum early on Thursday 1 October after arriving shortly before dawn from Brisbane.

It later departed back to capital around mid-morning.

Meanwhile, on Friday 2 October, recently re-registered Cessna 208 Caravan VH-TLZ now Aviair in Kununurra in West Australia was believed to have touched down from Mount Isa.

VH-TLZ looks to have moved to Kununurra in August after operating for Seair Pacific on the Gold Coast for a period of time.  It used to wear the titles and colours of its previous operator Broome Airways.

Finally, Dick Lang's Dessert-Air Safaris' Beech B200 VH-ODI was due to call into Longreach from Birdsville on Saturday 3 October.
